Job summary

Canfield Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Services: Product Training Specialist to educate customers on VISIA CRP systems and imaging workflows.

You will lead onboarding, product demonstrations, and ongoing user training to help customers maximize their investment. The role involves delivering both remote and on-site sessions, developing training materials, and providing expert support while traveling to customer sites and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer training, technical support, product support, healthcare technology, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong presentation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel about 10–15% to customer sites, conferences, and training events.
• Experience training users on software, equipment, or technology products, photography, imaging equipment, or image-based software applications.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers in individual and group settings.
• Deliver onboarding and training programs for VISIA CRP systems.
• Educate customers on equipment setup, operation, maintenance and best practices; train users on image capture techniques and software workflows.
• Provide ongoing support to maximize system utilization and assist with hardware, software and workflow questions.
• Support customer installations, software upgrades, and training sessions remotely and on-site.
• Create and maintain training materials, reference guides, and educational resources; stay current on product updates and training requirements.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Support trade shows, conferences, and customer events as needed.
