Formación

• Master's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3 years as RD/EP/Wellness/Lifestyle Coach in a wellness-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of evidence-based interventions and industry standards for lifestyle coaching.
• Oversee specified panel of members by ongoing assessment and triage to resources.
• Create care plans addressing identified needs with goals and regular contacts for progress.
• Demonstrate clinical outcomes and cost savings from wellness interventions.
• Ensure documentation complies with required standards and regulations.
• Participate in workgroups to improve efficiency and member-centric wellness programs.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
