Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Wellness/Lifestyle Coach to oversee a panel of members, assess health management needs, and develop personalized care plans. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, conducting outreach via phone, digital, or virtual channels to improve health outcomes.

You will monitor progress, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to program pilots. A Master’s in a related field and 3 years of wellness coaching experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in nutrition, health education, health promotion, or related field.
• 3 years experience in wellness/lifestyle coaching or equivalent in a wellness-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based lifestyle coaching across tobacco cessation, weight management, sleep, stress, nutrition, physical activity and maternal health.
