Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a health-related field or related experience
• Minimum 3 years as a Registered Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist, or Wellness/Lifestyle Coach
• Experience in wellness or disease management environments

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of evidence-based interventions for lifestyle coaching
• Oversee a panel of members and develop personalized care plans
• Coordinate care by directing to appropriate resources
• Engage with members telephonically, digitally, or virtually
• Document activities to meet regulatory and accreditation standards
• Participate in workgroups to improve wellness coaching services
• Perform other duties as assigned
