Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a health-related field or equivalent experience as determined by the company
• Minimum 3 years as a Registered Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist, or Wellness/Lifestyle Coach in a wellness-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lifestyle coaching across tobacco cessation, weight management, sleep hygiene, stress management, nutrition, physical activity and maternal health
• Assess health management needs of a member panel and develop personalized care plans
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and refer to appropriate resources
• Engage with members via telephonic, digital, or virtual channels to improve health outcomes
• Document activities in compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Participate in workgroups to improve wellness coaching services and programs
