Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual with an active unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) to help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products.

You will provide expert guidance, tax preparation, and explanations of tax terms while delivering exceptional customer service. The role is virtual and customer-facing, requiring strong communication skills, familiarity with tax software, and the ability to meet KPI goals.

Qualifications

• Must possess active unrestricted credential: CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney.
• 2+ years of federal and state 1040 tax return prep experience for at least 30 clients per season.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Must possess an active PTIN.
• Must be willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Proficient with technology and software.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• This is a virtual, customer-facing role; you will interact with customers via video using our software.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation and signature, and answer product questions.
• Create high quality customer interactions using empathy and tax expertise.
• Use government resources and team expertise to provide accurate answers in everyday language.
• Apply company procedures to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries and document interactions.
• Meet KPI metrics and participate in pilots and training as required.
