Intuit, Inc. seeks experienced tax professionals to assist TurboTax customers with tax guidance and full service return preparation via a virtual, customer-facing role. You will use video tools to interact with clients, explain tax terms, and resolve inquiries with deep tax knowledge.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, adherence to policy, and ongoing training. Candidates must have an active credential and be willing to meet part-time hours if needed.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Attorney).
• 2+ years of federal/state 1040 prep for at least 30 clients per season.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/perhaps bonds.
• PTIN required.
• Willing to work minimum 20 hours per week.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Proficient with technology; strong computer/software skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Virtual, customer-facing role using video communications to interact with customers.
• Provide tax advice, full service return prep and signature, and product inquiries.
• Create high quality customer interactions with empathy and expertise in tax preparation.
• Leverage government websites and resources to deliver correct answers.
• Document customer interactions and meet KPI metrics.
• Participate in pilot testing, projects, and training as needed.
