Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated tax professional to help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products. The role is virtual and customer-facing, utilizing video communications to deliver expert guidance, tax preparation, and explanations of tax terms.

You will work toward Intuit’s goal of empowering customers and enhancing the brand by delivering confident, accurate support while meeting KPI metrics and participating in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active unrestricted credential: CPA, EA, or practicing attorney.
• 2+ years of recent federal and state tax return preparation experience.
• Experience using commercial tax software for individual returns.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• This is a virtual, customer-facing role; you will interact with customers via video using TurboTax platforms.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation and explanations of tax terms.
• Document customer interactions and resolve inquiries with knowledge and empathy.
• Meet KPI metrics and participate in training and pilot projects as required.
