Agent Alliance Inc. is seeking energetic representatives to meet virtually with individuals seeking permanent and portable coverage plans. You will explain options, tailor plans, and help families choose the best fit.

Successful reps are strong communicators, ambitious, organized, and team players who build relationships, schedule meetings, and provide responsive service while maintaining accurate documentation. Training is provided and remote work is available.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals who requested information on our plans.
• Schedule virtual meetings with these individuals.
• Customize new plans and adjust existing plans to fit client needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
• Perform reviews for existing clients and assist with claims or adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and required admin support.
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and updated on schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the plans we offer
• Schedule virtual meetings with these individuals
• Customize new plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
• Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
