Job summary

Agent Alliance in the United States is seeking representatives to engage with individuals who have signed up for permanent and portable coverage plans. You will explain options, schedule virtual meetings, and tailor plans to fit each family’s needs.

Successful reps are strong communicators who are ambitious, motivated, and organized. You will build relationships with clients, provide service, and support administrative tasks while working from home under a commission-based pay structure.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the plans we offer
• Schedule virtual meetings with these individuals
• Customize new plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
• Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
