Job summary

Agent Alliance is seeking energetic representatives to engage with individuals who have shown interest in permanent and portable coverage plans. You will explain options, tailor plans, and guide clients through decisions while maintaining strong relationships and delivering excellent service.

Ideal candidates are ambitious, well-organized, and comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule. Training is provided and performance bonuses align with earnings potential.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the plans we offer
• Schedule virtual meetings with these individuals
• Customize new plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
• Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
