Qualifications

• Proven closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in roofing or exterior home improvement sales is preferred.
• Comfortable closing deals virtually in a fast-paced environment.
• Natural communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage warm leads and past clients who didn’t move forward.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor helping homeowners solve exterior issues with tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of activity in the CRM.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights.
