Zusammenfassung

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the vAcute program as part of a new initiative delivering patient-centered care. The role supports 24/7 ED handoffs, coordinates scheduling, and assists patients across the care continuum within Mercy’s Intense Care Coordination program.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license in Missouri or a compact state, with 2–3 years in Med Surg, ED, or Critical Care, and must maintain required certifications.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure in hiring state and/or compact licensure
• 2–3 years of Med Surg, ED, or Critical Care experience
• BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire
• Certifications may be required based on unit
• Position requires ability to lift 50 lbs and prolonged standing

Aufgaben

• Serve as 24/7 point of contact for ED handoffs
• Facilitate scheduling for Mercy patients in the vAcute program
• Support patients enrolled in Intense Care Coordination across the care continuum
