NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking an Account Executive for Restaurants to drive total solution sales and deepen partnerships with premier client accounts in the US market. The role focuses on complex software, hardware, and consulting solutions for large enterprises, including opportunities across multiple offices.

The ideal candidate has a track record in SaaS and restaurant tech sales, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 5-8+ years in business and sales management with tech sales success.
• Direct experience selling restaurant or hospitality technology (POS, payments, etc.).
• Proven track record in sales and building strategic roadmaps aligning needs and offerings.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage relationships with assigned owner/operator accounts within a defined region.
• Drive new store openings (NSO) for large enterprise customers in the region.
• Lead and manage customer project orders tied to regional deployments.
• Conduct monthly field office visits within the region.
• Gather and share feedback from field visits to improve outcomes and satisfaction.
• Partner with collections to resolve AR issues for assigned accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for NCR Voyix account needs and escalations.
• Prospect and engage non-Voyix operators to generate new business.
• Align monthly and quarterly forecasts with committed business.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns informed by field insights.
• Participate in weekly internal team meetings.
