Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 5-8 years+ of related business and sales management experience in technology sales.
• Direct experience selling restaurant or hospitality technology.
• Proven track record in sales and SaaS/application software.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with assigned owner/operator accounts within a defined region
• Drive NSO orders for large enterprise customers within the territory
• Lead and manage customer project orders tied to deployment initiatives
• Conduct monthly field office visits within assigned region
• Gather and share feedback from field visits to drive improvement and satisfaction
• Partner with collections team to resolve accounts receivable issues for assigned accounts
• Serve as primary point of contact for all NCR Voyix related account needs, issues, and escalations
• Proactively prospect and engage non-NCR Voyix owner/operators to generate new store openings, projects, and service businesses
• Align on monthly and quarterly forecasts based on committed business
• Collaborate with Marketing on communication and campaign strategies informed by field insights and internal initiatives
• Participate in weekly internal team meetings
