The Virtual Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle to meet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract suitable candidates through databases, social media, and job boards.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews via video conferencing.
• Create and post job ads on various platforms.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Evaluate resumes and applications.
