Job description

Assignment Location: Bishop Clapp Building 742 North Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201 (across the street from BMC)

Plan, design, and implement an effective talent acquisition process for management, exempt, and non-exempt staff within Berkshire Health Systems.

Additional Details

• 8 hours non-billable orientation
• Holiday and OT multipliers: 1.25%

Submission Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or related field, or 3+ years of equivalent experience in HR or employment services.
• Candidate must have own vehicle for this role.
