Job description

Position Summary: The Corporate Recruiter for our new St. Petersburg, FL office will play a key role in acquiring all company positions and leading marketing efforts. This role requires social media engagement skills and a charismatic personality, with strong written and verbal communication abilities. The specialist will conduct internet research, create and maintain job postings, source candidates, and schedule interviews. They will also engage with community venues and colleges for recruiting events.

Responsibilities:

  1. Use social and professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Handshake) to source and communicate with candidates.
  2. Maintain social media postings and announcements.
  3. Assist with end-to-end recruiting, including scheduling interviews and meetings.
  4. Represent the Beemac brand via telephone, face-to-face, and video communication.
  5. Participate in recruiting meetings and research employment branding techniques.
  6. Source candidates from resume databases, track sourcing and pipeline info, and maintain confidentiality.
  7. Work independently and perform administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  2. Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
  3. Ability to engage candidates via social media.
  4. Strong interpersonal, time management, multitasking, leadership, and management skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and active listening skills.
  6. Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Work Environment:

  1. Must work M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional odd hours.
  2. Travel to branch offices and professional events required.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight schedules.
