Job description

Title: US - Corporate Recruiter

Work location: Remote

Shift timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Night shift)

Job Description:
  1. Responsible for hiring candidates for our USA office, including pipeline development, interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding.
  2. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
  3. Manage the IT talent database through job boards and other channels, screening resumes to procure the right talent.
  4. Source, screen, and recruit candidates for roles such as PowerBI Developer, Account Manager, Accountant, etc., in the USA in-house team.
  5. Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment tools to attract top talent.
  6. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
  7. Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  8. Conduct initial interviews and technical screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  9. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  10. Ensure a seamless candidate experience through clear communication and feedback.
  11. Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
  12. Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve recruitment strategies.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.
