Overview

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our recruiting team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA)! This is an in-office opportunity.

Responsibilities

This role will help lead the efforts of experienced professional hiring across the firm. The qualified candidate will play an important role in the growth of Kimley-Horn.

• Engage with the best external talent, and build candidate pipelines for active and passive candidates
• Develop tools for our firm to market the company as a best place to work
• Manage and coordinate the recruiting program including: applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, and provide updates
• Promote our employee referral program internally

Qualifications

• Associate degree
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC), or Professional Services recruiting experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience presenting to groups
• Ability to travel as needed
• Professional presence and charisma, with the ability to create strong working relationships internally and externally
