Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Virtual Sales Specialist to deliver proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers.

In the assigned territory, the VSS will plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage and comply with reporting requirements. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in B2B or pharmaceutical sales, with strong account management skills, technical proficiency, and a self-motivated approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1+ years in B2B and/or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Strong account management and collaboration skills.
• Technical/computer proficiency and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual presentations to targets and prospective customers.
• Clearly articulate clinical information to office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
• Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication with HCPs and office staff.
• Focus on total office staff to drive product value by ensuring the office staff has the appropriate tools.
