Job summary

Hazel Health, a leading provider of virtual pediatric mental health care, is hiring a part-time clinician to deliver evidence-based therapy to K-12 students. The role includes completing assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with families and school staff, all via telehealth.

You'll join a supportive team, receive non-clinical administrative support and a steady referral stream, with compensation structured for telehealth work and compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K-12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with evidence-based best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk while following organizational safety protocols.
