Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 3 years of sales experience in financial services or payment solutions.
• Proven ability to conduct business virtually including relationship building and negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of financial solutions and the sales process for relevant segments.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle a large pipeline.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and drives opportunities to meet revenue and portfolio growth objectives.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic client planning.
• Manages a portfolio of clients with payments needs and working capital concepts.
• Develops relationship plans to identify retention and acquisition opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services including receivables, payables and liquidity solutions.
• Adheres to policies and proactively escalates issues to leadership.
• Consults with clients via email, phone, or virtual meetings to assess needs and propose solutions.
• Reports on sales activities, progression, and revenue; maintains administrative reporting.
• Leads with product knowledge and best-in-class strategies.
• Meets with clients virtually to assess needs and propose solutions; coordinates fulfillment with experts.
• Resolves complex servicing issues using internal resources.
• Achieves individual revenue and profit growth goals.
