Truist is seeking a consultative Payments Solutions Sales professional to serve a designated client group, including Commercial Community Bank and Small Business segments. You will drive revenue, build relationships, and tailor working capital solutions to client needs.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, partnering with product teams, delivering meetings virtually or in person, and reporting on sales progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 1 year of sales experience in financial services or payment solutions.
• Ability to conduct business virtually with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of working capital concepts and banking solutions.

Responsabilités

• Executes sales plan to achieve revenue and portfolio growth.
• Builds relationships with bankers and product partners for opportunities.
• Manages a portfolio of clients with payments needs and working capital concepts.
• Develops relationship plans to identify retention and acquisition opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services and liquidity solutions as needed.
• Reports sales progress, pipeline, and revenue; coordinates with product experts as required.
• Meets performance goals for revenue growth and desired behaviors.
