Job summary

Truist is seeking a results-driven finance solutions specialist to sell Payments Solutions to an assigned client group, focusing on cash flow, liquidity, and risk mitigation. You will collaborate with bankers and product partners, manage a diverse client portfolio, and drive revenue growth through strategic relationship planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of sales experience in financial services or payment solutions.
• Experience conducting business virtually with strong interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of financial services sales processes and working capital concepts.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage a large sales pipeline.
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and develops partnerships to achieve revenue and portfolio growth for assigned clients.
• Collaborates with bankers and product partners to pursue opportunities and plan strategically.
• Manages a portfolio of clients with payments needs and working capital concepts.
• Develops relationship plans to retain clients and win new business.
• Provides working capital services and liquidity solutions as needed.
• Escalates issues to leadership and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Meets clients virtually to assess needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Coordinates fulfillment and refers to product experts as required.
• Solves complex servicing issues using Truist resources and maintains performance metrics.
