Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced client-focused professional to deliver a distinctive virtual client experience. You will meet with prospects and clients via phone, chat, or video to assess needs and recommend financial solutions.

Responsibilities include proactive outreach, consultative selling, and resolving servicing issues while achieving revenue and client satisfaction goals in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including engaging with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospects and clients virtually to assess needs and recommend products and services.
• Assist in the sales process and refer complex needs to internal partners.
• Proactively contact targeted clients and set up appointments for financial reviews.
• Maintain availability per schedule to deliver an exceptional virtual client experience.
• Resolve complex servicing issues and guide clients to resources.
