Job summary

Truist is seeking a Payments Solutions Sales professional to drive consultative sales for a designated client group. You will grow revenue, collaborate with bankers and product partners, and manage a portfolio of clients needing cash flow and liquidity solutions.

The role emphasizes virtual client engagement, strategic planning, and meeting revenue targets within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

Proven ability to communicate effectively via virtual channels (email, phone, video).
Strong negotiation skills and ability to present solutions to clients.
Experience building and maintaining client relationships in financial services.
Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting.
Solid understanding of financial services products and payments landscape.

Responsibilities

Execute sales plan for Payments Solutions and drive revenue growth across assigned client group.
Collaborate with bankers and product partners to identify opportunities and plan strategically.
Manage a portfolio of clients with payments needs and liquidity solutions.
Develop detailed relationship plans to retain and grow client base.
Provide client reporting on sales activity and revenue progression.
Meet with clients virtually to assess needs and recommend solutions.
Coordinate fulfillment and connect clients with product experts as needed.
