Job summary

Agent Alliance Inc. is seeking a remote-friendly benefits advisor who will consult with families, explain plan options, and help select the best fit. You will reach out to interested individuals, schedule Zoom meetings, and tailor benefit plans to each client’s needs.

Successful representatives communicate effectively, are ambitious and organized, and act like entrepreneurs while being committed team players. Comprehensive training and a flexible work arrangement are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities and a driven, organized mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team-player attitude are valued.
• Experience coordinating meetings and handling client inquiries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals who requested more information on the benefits we offer
• Schedule Zoom meetings with these members
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
• Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members’ needs
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule

Their role is to consult with the family, explain the available options, and help them select the plan that best fits their needs.
