Job summary

Fusion Global Academy, a global one-to-one virtual school within the Fusion Academy network, seeks a Virtual Director of Enrollment to expand access by growing enrollment, strengthening referral partnerships, and guiding families toward the right path.

This hands-on individual contributor role may evolve into managerial oversight. You will set strategy, build relationships, manage the pipeline, forecast results, and convert opportunities into enrollments.

Qualifications

• Experience in enrollment, admissions, consultative sales, or another relationship-driven growth role.
• A record of owning measurable results in a performance-focused environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Confidence using CRM systems, reporting tools, and virtual communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment growth, pipeline health, forecasting, conversion, and student-count performance.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies that generate awareness, inquiries, referrals, and enrollments.
• Build trusted relationships with educational consultants, clinicians, counselors, schools, and community partners.
• Guide prospective families from first conversation through enrollment with empathy, urgency, and strong follow-through.
