Fusion Global Academy is a global one-to-one virtual school and part of the Fusion Academy network of private schools that delivers live, one-to-one education built around each student. We are seeking a Virtual Director of Enrollment to expand access to that experience by growing enrollment, strengthening referral partnerships, and guiding families toward the right educational path. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, with the possibility for managerial oversight in the future. You will set the strategy and do the work: build relationships, manage the pipeline, engage families, forecast results, and turn opportunities into enrollments.
Some students thrive in traditional schools. Others need something better. At Fusion Global Academy, we personalize education around each student, academically, socially, and emotionally. Through live, one-to-one learning and authentic relationships, we help students build confidence, discover their strengths, and unlock their full potential. In this role, your work directly connects more families to an educational experience designed around the learner.
