Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in Sales Operations/Customer Service/Support.
• Experience with SAP and CRM systems; Power BI preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers; manage orders and inquiries.
• Resolve credit, delivery, pricing, chargebacks, and payment issues.
• Process orders, shipments, invoices, credits/debits in SAP and ERP systems.
• Provide accurate product data, pricing, and order status updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and 3rd party providers to ensure timely service.
