Job summary

Panasonic Connect in Hoffman Estates, IL is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to help the sales team grow revenue and align SMT sales with main office resources. You will provide product information, pricing, and GP analysis for quotes and orders, and support Regional Sales Managers with sales history and order tracking.

Responsibilities include maintaining NEXUS data, handling SAP quotations, reviewing POs for terms, coordinating with factory contacts, preparing order packages, and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial business, sales, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar inside sales/coordinator role preferred.
• Bilingual in Japanese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain NEXUS system data to support internal forecasting and provide reports to the factory sales group.
• Support equipment sales requests, including cost and GP analysis, SAP quotations, product information, order history, and delivery status.
• Maintain all equipment order information on the shared drive for service, PMO, and sales teams.
• Communicate with factory machine sales contacts to verify specifications, identify solutions, and request custom spec development when needed.
• Review new purchase orders for accuracy, terms, and correct ship-to details.
• Prepare complete order packages and submit to operations for processing.
• Conduct order status and shipment status updates in meetings with involved groups.
• Assist the Aftermarket Sales Manager with NEXUS data input and order package preparation.
