Panasonic Avionics Corporation in Bothell, WA, is seeking a Customer Account/Order Management Specialist to manage orders from receipt to delivery while coordinating with Program Management and Supply Chain teams. The role ensures on-time delivery, maintains accurate order data, and supports reporting and compliance activities.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in customer service or supply chain, with strong communication, problem-solving, and ERP experience, including Excel proficiency.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years in customer service or supply chain environment.
• Experience with aircraft/electronics industry is highly desirable.
• In-flight entertainment domain experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with standard office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review and process customer purchase orders via PAC ERP or customer systems.
• Coordinate with Program Management to monitor orders and update delivery status.
• Expedite orders to meet delivery commitments and SLAs.
• Maintain order data per SOX/compliance requirements.
• Produce reports on order status and performance for internal/external customers.
