Signode in Illinois is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage end-to-end order and service support for assigned accounts. You will handle order entry, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery.

You will monitor order activity, provide updates to Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance, and support data integrity, KPI performance, and process improvements. This is an office-based role requiring in-person presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or order management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables).
• ERP system experience preferred.
• Office-based position requiring in-office presence 5 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and manage inquiries.
• Process orders from entry to fulfillment and track delivery.
• Verify orders in ERP with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor open orders, backlogs, and communicate risks.
