Job summary

Amentum seeks a Course Facilitator to support virtual courses by answering student questions, validating automated grading, and contributing facilitator-owned inputs to course deliverables. You will troubleshoot LMS issues, escalate defects to technical teams, and monitor learner progress with government-approved tools.

The role involves coordinating with Content Development and Instructional Design teams and maintaining defect logs to enable timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with LMS at instructor/facilitator level; familiarity with multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with common learning tools (Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia) and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line student support for a virtual learning experience and escalate defects with detailed reproduction steps.
• Validate automated grading and feedback outputs for correctness and completeness.
• Review grading outputs to identify anomalies and document reproducible evidence.
• Assist in preparation of course deliverable inputs per the SOW with facilitator-owned data.
• Offer guidance on networking systems, operating systems, and technical writing to students.
