Amentum is seeking a Level 2 Course Facilitator to provide senior facilitation for virtual course delivery. You will identify and document systemic issues, coordinate escalations across LMS/Software/QA/IT, and perform quality control on inputs and metrics.

Your focus is learner experience and course workflow support, not roster management. The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting of student issues, and maintaining runbooks in version-controlled formats.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree with 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Experience as Level 2 Course Facilitator or trainer in technical learning environments
• Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills
• Familiarity with LMS, QA, IT processes and documentation practices
• Ability to maintain runbooks and facilitator procedures in version-controlled formats

Responsibilities

• Lead escalation across LMS/Software/QA/IT teams for grading/feedback defects
• Perform quality control review of facilitator reporting inputs/metrics
• Troubleshoot student issues in virtual courses
• Document systemic grading/feedback defects and coordinate with teams
• Provide guidance on networking, operating systems, and technical writing to students
• Maintain facilitator procedures/runbooks in version-controlled formats
