Amentum seeks a Level 2 Course Facilitator to provide senior facilitation for virtual courses, lead identification of grading/feedback defects, and coordinate escalations across LMS/QA/IT teams. Qualifications
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience as listed above.
- Experience coordinating cross-team defect resolution.
- Proven ability to mentor facilitators and maintain procedures.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Review automated graded activities for proper grading.
- Lead identification and documentation of systemic grading/feedback defects; coordinate with LMS admins/engineers.
- Troubleshoot students' issues with virtual courses.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of workflow issues and coordinate escalations.
- Provide quality control review of reporting inputs and metrics.
- Guide students on networking, OS, and technical writing.
- Maintain facilitator procedures/runbooks in version-controlled formats.
