Job summary

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of desktop support for Windows and Mac environments.
- Experience with hardware installations, site surveys, and post-installation maintenance.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes: Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, and Problem Management.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote desktop support for Windows and Mac users.
- Receive, log, and manage user-reported incidents and service requests.
- Coordinate hardware installations, surveys, and post-installation tasks.
- Prepare installation reports and maintain project schedules.
- Deliver VIP support for approximately 20 users with high service standards.
- Develop and maintain a Knowledge Base to improve resolutions and efficiency.
