iT1, a leading technology solution provider, seeks a Desktop Support Technician II for a on-site Columbus, OH role. You will deliver responsive end-user support, handle VIP tech needs, and ensure smooth conference room operations for client locations.

Responsibilities include hardware diagnostics, Windows troubleshooting, and active collaboration with IT teams to resolve incidents quickly. A strong customer‑first mindset and professional demeanor are essential for success.

Qualifications

2–5+ years of experience in desktop or end‑user support.
Experience supporting Windows-based environments and enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar).
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & End‑User Support: provide responsive, professional tech support to all end users.
VIP / Executive Support: white‑glove technical support to executive leadership and VIP users.
Event & Meeting Support: set up conference room tech and collaboration tools.
Technical Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows, apps, network, and access.
Endpoint & Device Support: imaging, deployment, onboarding/offboarding, provisioning.
