Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Player Development Supervisor to lead the Marketing/Relationship Marketing Coordinators and VIP Services team.

You will oversee events, guest communications, scheduling, and compliance while driving operational excellence and guest engagement. In this role, you will partner with leadership to align player engagement strategies, monitor performance, and support revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a related role; supervisory experience preferred
• Two to five years in a high-volume professional office environment or hospitality/special events setting
• Two-year degree in a related field; four-year degree a plus
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license per state requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop Marketing/Relationship Marketing Coordinators.
• Oversee event preparation, guest communications, and rosters.
• Manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and coverage across the team.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, comps, and player documentation.
• Coordinate with Legal and IT on contracts and access setup.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor budgets and expenses.
