You will oversee events, staff scheduling, and compliance, while collaborating with leadership to align engagement strategies with guest goals.

The role emphasizes team development, process improvement, and cross‑department collaboration within a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a related role.
• 2–5 years in a high-volume professional office or supervisory role in entertainment/hospitality.
• Two-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience; four-year degree is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and provide training for Marketing/Relationship Marketing Coordinators.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of coordinator tasks and guest communications.
• Oversee event preparation, rosters, RSVP lists, signage, and logistics.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and floor/casino coverage.
• Monitor SOPs, comps, player documentation, and coding policies.
• Oversee payments, budgets, and vendor invoices.
• Coordinate staffing levels and cross-property events.
• Provide coaching, interviews, and performance evaluations.
