Job summary

• Learn and execute managerial activities to deliver better customer experiences.
• Develop the team: LMS, vendor training, ASE certifications; ensure basic automotive service certification.
• Communicate with the team through daily huddles and store meetings.
• Oversee dispatching and assignment of work orders to technicians.
• Attend off-site trainings as needed.
• Maintain facility/equipment and ensure cleanliness and readiness daily.
• Enforce compliance with service ethics and applicable regulations.
