Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Pool Concierge to deliver elevated, guest-centric service at the pool area. You will greet guests, manage VIP check-in, and coordinate cabana and day bed rentals while upholding safety and hospitality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in customer service; spa, resort, or pool experience is a plus. You will work on a fast-paced, outdoor environment with a focus on warmth and efficiency.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum one year of customer service experience.
Previous spa, resort or pool environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcomes guests, including VIPs, at pool check-in and coordinates cabana and day bed rentals.
Performs and records retail transactions using the Point-of-Sale System and balances cash drawer.
Communicates between team and departments to meet guest needs on the pool deck.
Maintains safety, sanitation and presentation at the pool kiosk and surrounding areas.
Assists facilities team with setting up and tearing down pool deck equipment.
Adheres to SOPs and training requirements to support efficient operations.
Performs other duties as assigned to support the department.
