Job summary

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is seeking a Pool Concierge to deliver elevated guest service at our resort pool complex. Reporting to the Supervisor, Pool Services, you will greet VIP guests, coordinate cabana and day bed rentals, and ensure a safe, memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service.
• Previous experience in a spa, resort or pool environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests, including VIPs, at pool check-in and coordinates cabana and day bed rentals.
• Performs and records retail transactions using the POS system and balances cash drawer.
• Maintains effective communication between team and guests to meet needs.
• Upholds cleanliness and merchandise presentation in the pool area.
• Assists facilities with setup and teardown of pool deck equipment.
• Models and adheres to enterprise policies and SOPs; handles product receiving and training requirements.
• Performs other duties to support department operations.
