Live! Casino & Hotel in Louisiana is seeking a Regional Player Development Executive to drive VIP gaming business and reactivate dormant VIP accounts. The role focuses on customer service, retention, and new acquisition in a regulated gaming environment.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Marketing or Player Development in the gaming industry.
4 year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Must be able to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking.
Must be able to secure and maintain licensure as required by regulatory entities.

Responsibilities

Grow actual revenues annually in line with property and cross-property goals.
Develop and maintain guest loyalty and incremental visitation through on-property hosting, off-property entertaining, telemarketing, direct mail and email.
Manage player profitability within the approved comp matrix.
Use player tracking systems to analyze data and develop strategies to drive visitation.
Identify and cultivate new table game player business for Live! Casino & Hotel.
Process player reservations and bookings ensuring smooth service for visiting guests.
Communicate guest preferences and hotel/gaming requests to partner departments for excellent guest experience.
Explain Live! Rewards loyalty program and related promotions to guests.
