Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in player development, casino operations, and/or marketing with proven success in casino marketing.
Responsibilities
- Directs the PD department's operation and budgets.
- Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates and directs team members.
- Builds loyalty and develops relationships with VIP customers and partners.
- Manages departmental budgets and reports deviations to leadership.
- Leads guest service initiatives and ensures ACES service goals.
