You will build relationships with premier players, identify opportunities, support proactive sales strategies, and ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies while maintaining the necessary state licenses and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in gaming, hospitality, sales, or marketing.
• Passion for delivering outstanding player experiences.
• Proven success identifying and implementing strategies that improve revenue or engagement.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with premier players by delivering personalized service that builds engagement and loyalty.
• Drive key VIP sales metrics that contribute to customer engagement, market share, and net revenue growth.
• Use customer and performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and maximize player performance.
• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance the VIP experience.
• Follow all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming requirements.
• Manage customer escalations in partnership with internal teams, driving timely and effective resolutions.
