Job summary

DraftKings in the United States seeks a Player Development Executive to grow and strengthen relationships with our VIP player base and drive net revenue through proactive, high-touch service. You will work across teams to use insights and performance data to spot opportunities and deliver the signature VIP experience our players expect.

You will build engagement, identify revenue opportunities, and manage escalations while adhering to responsible gaming policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience in gaming, hospitality, sales, or marketing.
• Proven track record in relationship-building and delivering high-touch customer experiences.
• Experience identifying revenue opportunities and managing expenses.
• Ability to obtain state gaming licenses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with premier players by delivering personalized service that builds engagement and loyalty.
• Drive key VIP sales metrics that contribute to customer engagement, market share, and net revenue growth.
• Use customer and performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and maximize player performance.
• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance the VIP experience.
• Follow all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming requirements.
• Manage customer escalations in partnership with internal teams, driving timely and effective resolutions.
