Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years’ experience as a Casino Host or Player Development Executive.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be proficient in using CRM platforms as well as casino management software.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have a systematic and process-oriented mind-set to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
• Must have excellent networking abilities.
• Must present well-groomed professional appearance.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to be self-motivated and entrepreneurial, and committed to personalizing interactions to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-brand VIP+ customers for Caesars Entertainment's Reno properties.
• Develop and leverage networks to generate qualified player development opportunities.
• Deliver measurable revenue growth through client relationships.
• Manage relationships with VIP/VVIP guests via phone and in person.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales targets.
