Job summary

Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino Lake Tahoe is seeking a seasoned leader to manage all aspects of Player Development. You will oversee VIP programs, events, and analytics while driving guest relations and revenue growth.

The role requires strategic planning, team oversight, and close collaboration with Marketing and Operations. The ideal candidate brings casino marketing and hospitality expertise, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced resort

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of casino operations, casino marketing, and hospitality in a resort setting.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and listening skills, including verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain a Nevada gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgeting process and strategic plan for Player Development.
• Direct in-house VIP players strategy.
• Plan VIP events from start to finish per requirements and objectives.
• Oversee annual/quarterly goals for Casino Host team.
• Supervise, manage, and schedule Casino Hosts.
• Provide financial analysis on VIP events and Player development performance.
• Track and analyze VIP marketing data and forecast event performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership on tactical plans.
• Design VIP customer arrival and departure experiences.
• Support Executive Director of Casino Marketing and leadership.
• Hire, develop, coach, and guide Player Development staff.
• Communicate leadership objectives to the team.
• Grow gaming revenues by relationships with guests and hosted players.
• Work with operations on hosted player programming.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain relationships with VIP guests and vendors.
